Hot drinks service always very slow despite a large number of cashiers and 2 machines. The other Prêt rue Tronchet sends faster with fewer resources!

I am a huge fan of this franchise. The products are always fresh and they seem very healthy when you compare them to other fast food chains. It is a great place for a meal, a quick snack, whatever you want. I truly recommend it, and the staff is always very nice!

I was greeted by an adorable cashier who provided me and my family with exceptional service, she was able to advise me on products and all that with a smile! The quality of service is impeccable!

02/04/2024: Excellent welcome and very good meal. Barely expensive for the neighborhood, but it works with the Restpolitan Card (in March 2024), so the bill is lower. It's not a large table, but the setting is very beautiful, especially for a restaurant-bistro. I don't know what happened with other customers, but for us the service was impeccable, and above all a warm welcome. The average score seems unduly low to me. We liked it, and we're sharing the information!

31/03/2024: We ate very well at 8. We had Fish and chips for children and adults, very good, the Caesar salad is excellent and a classic burger. Very pleasant and smiling waitress. I recommend. Service oh top.
25/03/2024: Yes so so ?! its privileged location opposite Montparnasse station is not enough to make us forget the poor general condition drinks there are very expensive compared to the brasseries located next to the Gare de Lyon the service is expeditious and not very friendly
