MONSIEUR TOMATE GAILLAC sur Gaillac

Having recently moved to the area and being big pizza lovers, we decided to take on a challenge: try all the local pizzerias and find the one that's right for us! The pizzas are generously topped, the crust is wonderfully soft, perfectly cooked, and the flavor is amazing! The atmosphere is lovely, the restaurant is beautiful inside. It's a welcome change from your average little pizzeria to a more elegant setting! Thanks to the team, we have absolutely no complaints, it's perfect! 💪

Superb large pizzas and a super friendly welcome.

A pleasant surprise! The pizza was delicious, with a flavorful tomato sauce and cheese too! The appetizer platter was well-stocked with quality products, especially the camembert bites! The teenagers loved it. I'll be back.

I was stranded in Gaillac with sub-zero temperatures. The employee was alone and hadn't planned on taking in any customers. He took pity on me and agreed to serve me anyway. Which was a good thing because it gave me the opportunity to discover a very high-quality pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, the tomato sauce had a real fresh tomato flavor, and the toppings were generous. A really great place.
