Honestly, I thought I got pizzas and pizzerias out of my system for good after I got back from Rome in May.. (let me just explain : pizzas in Rome were So.o.o.oo absolutely AWESOME. they actually tasted like nothing I'd ever had before. a completely different experience to what I got used as pizzas anywhere else and until then. Anyways ..long story short.. I decided to give it another go here. And let's just say : blew my mind good. Now I cannot swear to being 100% over my "roman experience" but for just a wee "pizzeria sans prétention" alongside a busy road in Vaise, "je leur tire mon chapeau!" : threy met my standards and expectations I can tell you that much.
