We stopped at this brasserie before the festival and were very warmly welcomed by the smiling and attentive staff. The food was good quality and the setting pleasant!

This establishment is very nice, the setting is lovely, right in the heart of Orange, and easily accessible. The service is efficient. So far, so good. However, they offer a beef tartare that isn't really tartare at all... they claim it's prepared, but in reality, what you get on the board is a portion of good-quality minced meat, but without egg, and the rest is left for you to mix up as you please. I was very disappointed with this. This is the third time I've been there, but clearly the kitchen doesn't know how to prepare this dish. It's a real shame, considering everything else. By definition, a beef tartare should be prepared by the chef, unless the customer requests to adjust the ingredients to their liking—that's the basic principle!
