Excellent restaurant and a very good experience. I especially want to thank Caroline for her kindness and professionalism. Her service made everything even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

The place is amazing. The tapas are excellent, and so are the cocktails. Caroline greeted me with a smile and was always attentive to customers. She made some excellent cocktails. I recommend going when she's there.

My partner and I went for dinner yesterday and we were absolutely delighted. The Spanish tapas were delicious: everything was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The wine recommendations were a real bonus, perfectly chosen to complement each dish. Caroline took great care of us and truly made all the difference. She was incredibly attentive, had excellent taste in her suggestions, and made our evening so much more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back.

Yesterday I had brunch with my girlfriend, and Caroline was so kind to walk us through the menu. €25 per person and it was the best meal I’ve had for the price. Honestly, incredible value.

Sunday brunch at the Spanish restaurant Montijo. Very good value for money. The set menu includes: 2 tapas of your choice, 1 paella (vegetarian, meat, or seafood), 1 dessert, 1 juice (orange or apple), and 1 hot drink. Special mention for the squid ink paella: flavorful, authentic, and well-prepared. It's garnished with a prawn and a few mussels. One small disappointment, however: the squid listed on the menu wasn't there. For starters, I chose the Spanish tortilla and the Iberian ham croquettes: very good, but in small portions. Another strong point: the comfort. The seats are spacious and you're comfortable, which is a real plus in Paris. Areas for improvement: no lactose-free option for dessert, and the desserts were a bit disappointing. The juice isn't freshly squeezed, which is inconsistent with the quality of the savory options. In short: a pleasant place for a successful Spanish brunch, at least in terms of the savory dishes.

Great place and great food! Bonus for service, super nice waiters, they do everything to make you feel welcome. We will be back!
