Mosella Buffet sur Hauconcourt

20/03/2026: It is with genuine pleasure that I post this review; indeed, I have been a regular at Crescendo, located next to the Leclerc supermarket in Hauconcourt, Moselle, for quite some time. I sincerely want to thank the team surrounding the extraordinary manager, who will recognize himself, and who orchestrates his superb team so wonderfully. I will mention, as is only appropriate, a portion of his team, all incredibly kind and possessing a level of professionalism that is quite rare these days…yes, indeed. So, I would like to acknowledge, among others, Léa, Christophe, Eva, Tony, Ryade (the Pizza Master), Yasmine, Pierrot, Fiona, Virginie, Sophie, Sylvie…and especially the extraordinary Carine! Her efficiency is literally beyond compare, I'm not mincing words…and many others, of course, that I'm forgetting. It's easy to praise a restaurant…believe me, this one is top-notch! I know what I'm talking about. A constantly varied menu, quality, speed, and incredibly competitive prices. Professionalism, efficiency, kindness, and good humor! Believe me, the superlatives are not an exaggeration. A huge thank you to all of you for what you do, for what you give of yourselves to us, your customers. Your job is far from easy. Mr. Manager of Crescendo…please don't change a thing. This restaurant on the other side of France is a shining example. Your devoted customer…Berni. ————————— September 17, 2025. Today I tried the crispy duck, a pure delight, served with a red cabbage purée, one of many vegetable options available. A real treat. Thanks to Christophe, who's always in a good mood, and thanks to the whole team, I love you all! ——————- Always satisfied with this cafeteria. The staff, whom I've known for a long time now, are extremely friendly and competent. The value for money is excellent, especially these days. A special mention for the pizzas and flammekueche, which are excellent. Thank you.
