Excellent all-you-can-eat concept, but in a very classy setting for this type of restaurant. The cuisine is meticulous, the choice is vast and the products are fresh and well prepared (especially seafood). I highly recommend the Mosto buffet.

An all-you-can-eat restaurant with plenty of choice. However, two of us had a rare flank steak which was much overcooked, so a bit of a disappointment. To see on a second pass if it was an isolated error.

Please note that they only take two restaurant vouchers per person. I discovered it yesterday whereas before it wasn't taken from me anymore. You have to know the restaurateurs complain, because we use restaurant vouchers to do the shopping (without limit) and you go to the restaurant limit to 2 there is a problem all the same. And then we tell you that in a tone without a smile. Since October 1, 2022, the ceiling for restaurant tickets has been set at €25. Very angry 😠 plus regular customers!!!

18/03/2024: I'm mixed! The welcome is friendly but we feel tensions in the service, too bad.... Original culinary proposals for simple and effective starters with beautiful products but the veal kidneys were surprising because they were very grilled. The duck breast which was the dish of the day was good, but a little expensive (whole of course) The puree that came with it, however, was by far the best I've eaten in a long time!
15/03/2024: Great place in Toulouse, adequate value for money. We were surprised to find Spanish wine and some touches of that culture on the menu. Very pleasant surprise as a Spanish resident in the Gers.
