Meal on Thursday 29/08 noon, Everything was perfect!! A magnificent setting, very original, highly sought-after cuisine, worthy of a true artist! Hearty and very refined dishes at the same time, just delicious. Very pleasant servers, smiling, courteous and attentive, as for the chef, incredibly kind but above all very humble despite his success and exceptional talent, a very personalized service for each customer... Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience.

Great experience at Moulin d’Alotz. We had the 6-course “culture and nature in Ital” menu and had a great time. Very digestible menu despite the number of dishes because there are 3 plates per dish each time. Plants are in the spotlight, the cuisine is daring and it works perfectly. The service is also top notch and the chef Fabrice is very attentive. The non-alcoholic food/drink pairing was also very surprising and very successful. Thank you for this moment!

What a gem of a restaurant. We went there last night and had a wonderful time. As you arrive, and once seated by a waiter, you are personally welcomed by the chef himself at your table, who introduces his approach and the menus. They made sure beforehand to check if one has any allergies and they check it again as they take your order. There are two menus: full vegetarian and one that isn't but still with strong focus on vegetables. Both are superb. You got to trust the chef as you won't know in advance what type of dish each menu contains. But one thing is sure: you won't regret it. Each dish is really flavorful, with generous portions. This is not your usual Michelin star restaurant with tiny portions: each dish comes in three different plates. You can choose between 4 and 6 dishes. We chose the 6 option (2 starters, 2 main dish, and two deserts, added to lots of additional plates. Needless to say, we left full, but happy. The chef came three times at our table during the course of our meal, to check everything was ok, always with a big smile on his face. He is passionate and really genuine. I regularly dine at Michelin star restaurants, and I have to say that this one truly deserves its one star. I would not be surprised it gets a second star in the near future, as quality of the food was truly excellent.

Very unique experience. Beautiful rural setting - old house in the middle of the woods, glass room surrounded by garden. Everything from templates to the dishes is creative.
