Par hasard sur la route des Alpes de retour de nos vacances avec nos deux petites filles, nous avons fait demi-tour lorsque nous avons aperçu cette terrasse ombragée au bord de la route du Verdon. Bel endroit , tranquille , apaisant, bel accueil et surtout belles assiettes généreuses et goûteuses! Nous nous sommes régalés, le patron et son employé sont attentionnés. Nous avons eu du mal à reprendre la route.

Located high up in the mountains on a windy road, the place has really made us wonder how do they manage it so well. The views were some of the best along this route. It has decent parking space when we went there on a Friday afternoon and it was quite busy. They have toilets as well. Friendly staff, good service, delicious food with quite some variety and options for Vegetarians (no meat or eggs) and ridiculously pocket friendly for its remoteness. Worth trying out the half and half options for Pizza and salade. Quantity wise, we ordered 2 main dishes and 2 sides between 4 adults and we were more than full. They accept cash and cards and we found it extremely easy to converse in English. Totally worth it.

We had dinner on 4/25 after booking via email; very kind already via email! We were 19 people, 5 families with children aged 8 to 16. Quick service, excellent dishes! Veal entrecote with very good green pepper sauce, perfect cooking fat, the boys' burgers well presented and delicious

Delicious pastries and what a joy to find fresh bread! To make matters worse, the owners are very friendly!

Superb organic bakery/snack where I never fail to stop when I go to the Gorges du Verdon

Little stopover to warm up after a snow storm in the middle of April!! And fill your stomach with good local homemade specialties!! A delight with quality products! Excellent welcome!!

Charming place, efficient service and pleasant and friendly staff

Simple, efficient and all with a smile. Pretty sunny terrace, all discovered by chance and as they say, chance does things well.
