Superb restaurant, congratulations to the chef, and the very kind staff. Only downside, breakfast, no one to receive us. I am from the profession, I have also worked in a three star hotel.

What a pleasant stopover! A charming hotel tastefully combining the stones and wood of an old mill on the river with a designer and comfortable decoration. The welcome and service are warm and impeccable, and the restaurant is delicious with quality cuisine using fresh produce prepared with talent by the chef. This establishment is quite simply the unmissable address in Dole. A big thank you to the whole team.

Very nice hotel on the banks of the Doubs. Idyllic and relaxing setting. Perfect for a good stopover. Hearty breakfast.

The cuisine is quality, good choice of offerings and attractive presentation. On this side we are not disappointed. On the other hand, it is to be deplored the unbearable character of the boss who makes no effort to be friendly. Unfortunately this doesn't give us any desire to go back. When you do a service job, the least you can do is learn to be cheerful and friendly.

29/08/2024: Excellent meat, very generous and well presented! The salads are gigantic... The service is pleasant. I highly recommend
27/08/2024: We ate on the terrace. That was quite nice, although a noisy car regularly passes by. The food was tasty, sufficient and served with the necessary attention. Our French was sometimes limited. Yet they made the effort to make it understandable to us.
