The room on the bus side was noisy because of the speed bumps in front of the pedestrian crossings... It felt like a train was passing by during rush hour.

Excellent value for money. Welcoming, attentive, and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Very mixed feelings. It's extremely hot in the rooms and the air conditioning doesn't work (even though it's November, something's not right...). If you open the window (even without fully opening it), you need earplugs. Even at night, the noise from the vehicles is constant and disrupts sleep. The breakfast is very limited. However, the breakfast staff are very friendly, which is worth noting. The reception staff, on the other hand, lacks warmth. The condition of the room is less than average (broken furniture, dirty walls, limescale on all the taps...). The hotel is well located, with the tram-bus stop right outside.

We received a very warm welcome. We had requested a non-smoking apartment on the 4th floor, and our request was granted, much to our delight. It was quiet and clean; we felt right at home. We highly recommend this apartment hotel. It's very well located, less than 15 minutes by car from the city center. The only areas for improvement would be the price of breakfast and parking. Very satisfied, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Very warm welcome, the staff is always smiling and genuinely friendly. The apartment is clean and spacious, but it's showing its age. I especially thank Assia, who took such great care of me; she deserves a position at reception.
