Delicious cupcakes, wonderful drinks, and a lovely manager! Honestly, what more could you ask for? I've been going to this place for years and I've never been disappointed! I've recommended it to all my friends and family in Montpellier. It's always a pleasure to come back! Thank you for existing!

We had a wonderful time in this idyllic spot yesterday, my two little ones and I. The service was so attentive, and the cupcakes and hot chocolates were excellent 🤩 Thank you again to the manager for adding a small cup of hot chocolate to my coffee, as my daughters' drinks looked so tempting ☺️ After a lovely stroll through the Jardin des Plantes, ending the day with such a sweet and welcoming experience was the perfect finishing touch 🥰 We will definitely be back and will order pastries for birthdays. My experience with my small order was very mixed. I had taken the precaution of ordering in advance, specifying particular flavors. I even received a call to confirm that everything was ready for pickup on Thursday. However, once I arrived, what a disappointment! I was asked to choose from the remaining items in the display case, under the pretext that the timeframe was "too short" (even though my order had already been confirmed). What's the point of placing an order if the initial selection isn't honored? I left with five cupcakes I hadn't chosen. Objectively, the cupcakes themselves were good. And I thank the woman for the gesture of goodwill she made following this mix-up. But the lack of professionalism and organization spoiled the experience. It's a real shame.
