Hello, your bakery is superb and the products are excellent, but I received a very poor welcome from one of the employees—cold and not at all friendly! I felt completely unwelcome. My brother and another person with me felt the same way and were very embarrassed. It's such a shame because the few times I've been, it's always been a great experience.

We are always very well served by Romane. She always remembers us and welcomes customers with a lovely smile. It's so nice these days. Thank you for your professionalism.

This bakery/pastry shop/brunch spot is beautifully located next to the metro/bus/tram. The premises are gorgeous and very well laid out. The selection is very varied, catering to all tastes. The staff are all extremely welcoming, helpful, smiling, and offer excellent advice. We highly recommend it. How lucky we are to have such a great shop so close to home!

Leila's service is excellent! She's easy to talk to, very kind and beautiful; she's a real ray of sunshine to start the day!
