Very good but disappointed, I ordered delivery, I took extra guacamole (+1.50) which I didn't get... and the sauce was missing. So I'm disappointed. But a little extra for the chips which I received in very good quantity. I will go back, to err is human after all. A refund is expected for guacamole, according to Uber Eats.

Friendly welcome. Cook/preparer who is very educational with children. Very good preparation. My daughter loved it. We'll come back!

I am keen to give 5 stars because I am a regular customer of Nachos and the experience has always been excellent until recently. As a restaurateur, I know how difficult it is to find staff who manage service and customer relations well, so my rating is not intended to penalize the chain. The food always stays fresh and delicious! And I have never been disappointed with the service which happened to be very warm! However, I would like to point out the attitude of the waitress at Nachos des Docks 76. During my last visit, I wanted to order mini tacos after seeing them on the Nachos website. In response, the waitress said to me in a dry and nonchalant tone: “There are no tacos here, it’s fajitas eh.” » This lack of courtesy could have been avoided with a simple smile and a nicer explanation. The situation got worse when my girlfriend wanted to reread my message to clarify the order. The waitress, still in the same tone, replied: “Okay, give me your phone, it will go faster otherwise. » Yet no customer behind. This made us feel uncomfortable and pressured, so much so that we ended up hastily ordering fajitas. Our visit today, August 13, was marked by the same unpleasant atmosphere. Arriving at 9:50 p.m. to buy two tiramisus, we were refused the sale with the same unpleasant tone, we would never have allowed ourselves to come at this time for fajitas knowing the hours of Nachos, and also running a restaurant, we know to what extent it can be annoying. However, tiramisus displayed in the window and taking a maximum of one minute to be cashed, the sale was refused to us on the pretext that “the cash register is being made”. This lack of professionalism and friendliness is regrettable. While the food is excellent, we also came for the friendly service at Nachos, which is unfortunately lacking with this person.

Always good !! Very friendly staff, good product.. If I had to be picky the extra guacamole is really too ridiculous not even a tablespoon but it is divine.

Pleasant restaurant, very fast less than 2 minutes to be served, the team is coordinated and very welcoming, very honest with regard to supplements, they know how to advise customers who come to discover, in addition to it being very good. I recommend.

I've been coming for several years, it's always very good but I have the impression that over time the quantity of toppings is reduced while the price increases, it's a bit of a shame...

Very warm welcome and very good, I was a little afraid of being hungry because there are mainly chips and we are good eaters but ultimately we had enough, the quantities are generous!
