This vast suburban park is a haven for runners, walkers, mountain bikers, anglers, hunters, and dogs. The only downside: a lot of litter and no effort from the local authorities. The beach area is best avoided on sunny weekends, as it's overrun with people from the suburbs of Vaux-en-Velin and Villeurbanne.

A lovely little hike, but the trail markings are lacking... especially when access to certain paths is prohibited. And the toilets that exist are all locked!

There's a golf course. It's nice to take a walk, and the scenery is beautiful. There are lots of waterfowl, including swans.

Perfect place for walks, playing with children, or water sports. The park is clean and well-maintained, and relatively quiet outside of the summer season.
