A great discovery that changes from “classic” cuisine! Frans tastes, controlled cooking and just the right seasonings. A real pleasure to come to the homes of people who are passionate about the profession, always with a smile and to share a conversation with them after a delicious meal. Very nice discovery, an atypical restaurant in a cheese region. On the wise advice of Louis, we enjoy a farandole of tapas, each one as delicious as the next. Absolutely worth discovering.
