Nous avons passé un excellent weekend en fin de saison entre amis (5) pour fêter un anniversaire. Nos 3 chambres sur cour étaient toutes d'excellente qualité et propres. Notre amie a même eu le droit à une chorale improvisée par Franck et son équipe plus que sympathique et très disponible. La bonne ambiance et le professionnalisme était également au rdv au bar le soir, au petit déjeuner (produits locaux de qualité) ainsi qu' au déjeuner du dimanche où nous avons pris le menu du jour qui était à tomber. Bref, tout était parfait ! Merci à l'équipe d'avoir contribué à faire de ce weekend un excellent moment.

It's good, fresh and the menu changes every day, 3-4 starters, 4-5 main courses and 3-4 desserts to choose from. We come back every week! To discover with the chalet at the back and the terrace in fine weather.

02/04/2024: After having a very good dinner there, I went there for the pleasure lunch menu and it was just perfect. Elaborate but accessible and tasty cuisine, superb dishes and efficient and pleasant service. A real good address as we would like more often. Not to mention the impeccable quality/price ratio.
28/03/2024: I highly recommend a visit to the restaurant "Le Partage" in Andlau for an unforgettable dining experience. As soon as we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere immediately won us over. The menu is a real treat for the senses, combining creativity and exceptional flavors. The smoked Arctic char, accompanied by Bibeleskaes-style white cheese from the Lindenhof farm and a delicate carrot & herb oil reduction, opens the ball with finesse. The duck fillet, served with celeriac prepared in different textures and duck jus with blackcurrant aromas, is a main dish that perfectly balances flavors and textures. Dessert, a creamy “Heart of Guanaja” tartlet from Valrhona, with hazelnut praline, crispy tuiles, and vanilla ice cream, concludes the meal on a divine note. Every bite at “Le Partage” demonstrates the attention paid to details and the quality of the products. I recommend without hesitation for a memorable gastronomic evening. Congratulations to the “Le Partage” team!
