Great !! Maurice was amazing !!

The hookah was crazy expensive, but the selection of drinks was huge and the environment was amazing. But wow was this pricey.

(SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH TRANSLATION) The positives: Great atmosphere! Maurice took INCREDIBLY good care of us. He was very welcoming, gave us excellent recommendations, and the service was quick. The music was great, and the place was clean. I really enjoyed this establishment and was ready to recommend it to all my friends and on my social media abroad, especially since I'm in Paris very, very, very often. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I realized that each of our transactions was charged in US dollars (USD), with a 6.89% markup on EACH payment. At no point were we offered the option to choose the currency, either in French or English (I speak both languages). Furthermore, we wanted to be generous and each leave a 20% tip. The man processing our payments insisted that we could only leave the tip after making the initial payment with our cards. He then calculated a 20% tip on the ALREADY INCREASED amount, in the form of a completely new transaction, and then processed this transaction again in US dollars. In total, across four separate payments, he charged us in USD without ever offering us the option to choose the currency. This is truly regrettable, as we had really enjoyed the establishment. Unfortunately, this way of doing things left a bad taste in our mouths. ENGLISH TRANSLATION: The good: Great vibes, Maurice took AMAZING care of us, he was very welcoming, he gave great recommendations and quick service. The music was great, the area was clean. I really enjoyed this place and was ready to tell all my friends and social media platforms abroad to come back, as I’m in Paris very, very, very often. However, I’m looking over my receipt and realized we were each charged in USD, with a 6.89% markup on EACH swipe. We were never offered a choice of currencies, in French or English (I speak both) in addition to this, We wanted to be nice & each leave a 20% tip, the man charging us insisted that we could only tip after swiping our for the initial charges cards. So he added a 20% tip of the MARKUP, on a brand new charge, and then proceeded to charge in USD AGAIN. So on 4 different swipes he charged us in USD, without offering us a choice of currencies. It’s very unfortunate because we really enjoyed the establishment, however this left a sour taste in our mouths.

Nessem and Momo made us feel so welcomed!! First time in Paris for my wife’s birthday and my wife wanted to make a stop here after dinner and she enjoyed everything second here.

A whole vibe! Randomly found this location after visiting the Effiel and it was the perfect spot to enjoy a good cocktail, hookah and unwind. We were a group of 10+ and they happily accommodated. Naseem & Maurice were attentive and overly hospitable!

Good vibes, Maurice gave excellent service and was very attentive. However, the manager was taking care of my friend and I’s check. We weren’t offered a choice of currency and were charged 6.89% usd on both the bill and the tip.
