We were served by Fréderic on this occasion of multiple visits. Amazing service, he was so funny and kind. Usually it would be loud but today we went earlier so it was quiet. Fréderic upholds the restaurant's values and exceptionally represents them! Lubi is also an amazing server. Paella is a must-try.

The service was very friendly and they tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The ambiance was actually quite cozy, but it quickly became rather noisy in the New Orleans Café. The food was typical of Lourdes, not very good... but oh well, it satisfied our hunger.

We arrived as a group of six (five plus a baby). We were seated inside. Then we were asked to move. Then the stroller became a nuisance, and I was asked to get a high chair. It was sticky; I cleaned it with the spray and paste left on a table. The waiter got annoyed; he was too familiar and wanted to remove our stroller even though the restaurant was empty. We put it back before ordering. He suddenly became pleasant. Phew! We ate very well, and everything went smoothly after that.

Good service. Friendly staff, average product. The duck confit was dry. The hake was dry. Drinks were expensive: a small bottle of water (50ml) cost 3 euros. Overall, average.

We came from Mimizan to see Lourdes and stopped at this lovely restaurant! The waiters were incredibly welcoming and kind! "I won't say 'see you soon' because we're far away," but IF we ever come back to the area, we'll definitely return! The Vitré residents (near the Mayenne)

07/06/2026: Welcoming, clean strategic innovation compared to the sanctuary
19/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Solitude during our visit to Lourdes. The hotel is conveniently located near the Lourdes Sanctuary, which made it very easy for us to attend the various activities and return to rest during the day. A special mention goes to Vanessa at the front desk, who was always warm, welcoming, and served us with a smile. She gave us excellent suggestions on things to do around the area and was consistently helpful throughout our stay. We always looked forward to seeing her when we returned to the hotel each night because of how friendly and genuine she was. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Both the breakfast and dinner were quite good and we enjoyed the meals provided during our stay. There was a minor issue with the hot water in the bathroom, as the shower temperature required fairly fine adjustment to avoid the water becoming too hot too quickly. However, this was manageable and did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lourdes.

15/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this establishment. We went in for coffee, but after looking at the menu, we decided to have lunch. The staff is very welcoming, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the restaurant is very well located, slightly removed from the crowds near the sanctuary, allowing for a more peaceful experience.
