The dishes were fresh, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. A special mention goes to the maki and sashimi, which were impeccable.
But above all, I want to highlight Isaac's professionalism. A warm welcome upon arrival, quick service without being rushed, always attentive and very polite. He offered precise advice, answered all our questions, and regularly checked that everything was going well without ever being intrusive. You can tell he knows his job perfectly and truly understands customer service, which is becoming rare.
Thanks to him, the atmosphere was even more pleasant, and we felt truly valued. I will definitely be back, both for the food and the quality of the service!
