Ninkasi La Doua sur Villeurbanne

This Ninkasi was a bit below my usual fare (this is my third visit in six months). The overall atmosphere is hard to describe, but pretty good! The food and ingredients are always high quality. The drinks were excellent (beer and more), although tonight the beer was so cold I had to use the paper napkins to hold the glass and sipped it in tiny sips (in January, with it being 2 degrees outside, I think you have to be a bit more careful about the temperature of your drinks). The service was friendly and efficient despite the rapid turnover of servers. But the "Snow Patrol" burger of the moment and the Tatin Spirit are enough to make me say I'll be back again.

A small Ninkasi perfectly located, easy parking, moderate prices, basic but good and substantial dishes. Very friendly and very fast service.

We came as a group of 20. There was a bit of a wait at the beginning for the meal to start, but after that everything went very smoothly. The burgers and salads were good.

Everything was a success. I'm very satisfied.

Great atmosphere and good value for money with lots of burger variations including vegetarian options. Great service from Romane who was more than patient with us!
