Superb food! I hadthae salmon crumble and the tarts au citron meringuée, but the Russe Maison Constanti was also amazing! Compliments to the chef!

The service is friendly, but it takes far too long! There's only one toilet, so it's practically impossible to wash your hands, and it's very dirty.

We stumbled upon this restaurant in Pau. The welcome was incredibly friendly, the menu varied and, above all, high quality. The daily specials were delicious, as was everything else on the menu. The servers were very pleasant and attentive! I highly recommend it! Don't hesitate!

The welcome was much appreciated, unlike others who were a bit dismissive regarding opening hours… thank you! Furthermore, the food was very good and the portions generous, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it 😋

We wanted to eat, but it was too late. Damien (if we remember correctly 😂) was great; he offered us a lovely platter and recommended an excellent Côtes de Gascogne. Thank you for the warm welcome; next time we'll come earlier 😂😂😂😂. The girls, aka the Béarnaises ♥️. Thanks again for everything! Adichatz 🤗

The park-facing rooms are lovely and spacious with a terrace; be aware that the frogs' calls are quite impressive. High-quality linens, excellent bedding, a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products, and eggs cooked to order. The spa in the basement could be a little warmer, but it's pleasant with a hammam, sauna, and pool. Excellent treatments were provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.

11/08/2026: Excellent brasserie! Always a pleasure to visit. In this period of skyrocketing prices, this brasserie has managed to combine quality dishes, very affordable prices, and a super welcome.
04/08/2026: A great spot for weekday lunch with a friendly welcome and service. Refined dishes and quick service for customers who work in the area.
