Very good and no complaints so far (August 21, 2026). However, today there were two mistakes in three orders. One of the dishes was missing cabbage, and the other burger was chicken when a beef burger had been ordered. The cabbage was added after requesting it at the counter, but there was only a small amount. The burger was also changed after some communication difficulties; however, the bun was soaked in sauce, and it was also so spicy that it became impossible to eat.

Restaurant Yumi

01/07/2026: Yumi is simply the best sushi restaurant in Bordeaux. The fish is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, the rice is perfectly cooked every time, and the gyoza are absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it.

05/04/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for several years and I'm never disappointed. The gyozas are high quality and cooked to perfection. The ramen are generous portions with excellent broth. I highly recommend it.
