The texture of the noodles is so good! The ingredients are very fresh! The taste is so good that I am back to my hometown in a second! ! ! The boss is very enthusiastic and gave me free drinks. It feels very warm in a foreign country. I like it. I will come back with my friends next time. The taste is very authentic! ! !

Very good experiences in this Chinese restaurant located in the 9th arrondissement. The pasta is delicious every time, never disappointed. The icing on the cake is its atmosphere and the warm service from the owner. I highly recommend !

Very tasty. General environment

I have been a regular customer for four years. I love it, but it's not always equal anymore. The noodles are sometimes very mushy (so they are too thick), which makes the dish disappointing. So I'm going to take a break. The waitress, however, is very friendly and pleasant.

The Zhajiangmian was AAAAAMAZING! Probably the best I've ever had. Disclaimer: I am not fond of hard boiled eggs so the egg that was given to me made its move to my spouse's meal. I loved that you can choose the type of noodle and heat level. Also the cucumber salad was phenomenal as well. The price is fair and the food is great! Definitely check out Nouilles Ceintures Poissonnière if you're craving noodles! You won't regret it.

Really very good noodles, with the level of peppers to choose from and the size of the noodles too. Very friendly staff, the restaurant is a little narrow but remains very warm! I recommend the cucumber and beef starters which are delicious.
