Small, noisy restaurant and not very accessible

My favorite canteen. Just delicious.

Fast, delicious, generous. The broth is delicious and the noodles are perfect. If you want a good bowl of noodles with broth I recommend this place hands down.

Very good noodle restaurant, served quickly and frankly inexpensive. Count between 11 and 14 euros for a noodle dish with vegetables. You can choose your level of spiciness, noodle size, and with or without broth. My only negative point is that it may lack authenticity (ordering at terminals), it's a detail. But I oscillate between 4 and 5

I got takeout (and appetizer while I waited) last night and it was a top tier experience. Not only was the man who took my order unusually warm and welcoming, the food was just crazy good. I had the cold chicken appetizer swimming in this chili oil sauce that I wound up dumping in my Biang Biang noodles at home at his urging. But the star was the Pâtes Royales du Chef, which my we got with both bœuf braisé and the travers de porc, XL noods, and level two spice. I could eat it every day of my life. Definitely will be in heavy rotation for us from now on!

Had the braised beef (XL) noodles (with broth) to take away : full of flavour, tender beef, lovely chewy noodles - a great first time! Wouldn’t have said no to a bit more beef, but I guess that’s me loving their food and being greedy. Fast and friendly service, this has surely become one of my favourite takeaway spots in the area (will more than likely be back tomorrow hehe)

Excellent place to eat a comforting noodle dish!! The owner and waitress are adorable. Fast service. I took the VG noodles to take away but I will come back to try the lunch formula!! Thanks again !

Nouilles ceintures is a homemade noodle restaurant near Poissoniere. In the description it says "mandarin food restaurant" but the style is more Xi'an and Sichuan. They have a small room and no terrace. You can order to take away. The menu consists of a few starters and then noodle dishes. We can choose the size of the noodles and the level of spiciness. I tried the poached chicken with spicy sauce, an iconic Sichuan dish, and I liked it. For the main course I ordered the cold noodles with cucumber and slowly stewed pork. I loved the al dente point of the noodles and the vinaigrette had a perfect balance between sweet, sour, salty and spicy. I was surprised! I came back and tried the homemade biang biang noodles with the chef's sauce: very delicious. The price is 17 euros a la carte with a very good quality-price ratio. I recommend it to try good noodle dishes and I will return!

Small place, but very big on taste. You gotta eat on large tables with other customers but the quick service and amazing food make it worth it. The handmade noodles are perfect and their home made chilli oil is the best I’ve ever tried. They even let me take some home :)
