An excellent place! The broth is very fragrant, lightly spiced just right, and the pieces of meat are incredibly tender. You can immediately taste the freshness of the noodles. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

24/07/2026: Absolutely incredible!! The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and the prices unbeatable! I recommend it 200%!
16/07/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about. The manager is wonderful; I've never received such a warm welcome. The food is really good, and you're not hungry afterward. I recommend it 1000% (especially after a long day of traveling).

09/08/2026: The black chicken hot pot was delicious, and the shiitake mushroom and beef stew was very fragrant.
07/08/2026: We ate at the Auciel restaurant in Charonne tonight. It's one of our favorite restaurants. If you like spicy food, you'll love it here!! The staff are very friendly.
