Excellent experience! The meat rolls for the hot pot are fresh, very high quality, and best of all, unlimited. Be sure to arrive early, right when they open, as it can fill up quickly!

This small restaurant serves delicious food! We went as a group of two and each ordered a spicy shrimp hot pot, which I highly recommend. We ate until we were full; the ingredients were fresh and the seasoning was just right. The staff's service was also excellent, especially the young female staff member who was always smiling and welcoming. We will definitely return when we have the chance.

The black chicken hot pot was delicious, and the shiitake mushroom and beef stew was very fragrant.

La Fontaine de Jade

31/08/2026: The food and service both excellent! We enjoyed the chicken dumplings, shrimp wantons, salt and pepper prawns! Excellent kung pai chicken and sweet and sour chicken, definitely recommend.
24/08/2026: The owner speaks Chinese. The tables are a bit small, but the food is super delicious. You can order in advance, otherwise you'll have to wait a while.

Shang Palace

20/09/2026: Our first visit was a very pleasant surprise. Beyond the exceptional setting, the quality of service was remarkable: the servers were incredibly kind and attentive, and we had fascinating conversations with them. We will gladly return!
19/09/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Shang Palace. The service was warm, attentive, and highly professional, and the dishes were exquisitely refined, with subtle and nuanced flavors. We also greatly appreciated the chef's visit at the end of our meal to gather our feedback and explain his approach and culinary philosophy in English. This thoughtful touch added a real dimension to the experience. We will return with great pleasure, especially if the plan to relocate Shang Palace to the hotel's upper floors comes to fruition: enjoying this cuisine with a view of the Eiffel Tower would be an even more dazzling experience!
