A truly perfect evening at Nova – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Nova and would like to express our sincere gratitude for the fantastic hospitality. Upon entering, we received an extremely warm welcome. Communication in English was also completely seamless and incredibly friendly – ​​we immediately felt at ease. The atmosphere is simply wonderful: very lounge-like, cozy, and comfortable. A place where you'll want to linger. The culinary experience was an absolute highlight: The wine: We started with an excellent red wine that perfectly complemented the food. The main course: The Angus beef was cooked to a perfect medium – incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. A huge compliment to the chef! Whoever owns this chef: never let him go, he simply must never be fired! The side dishes: On the one hand, there were wonderfully aromatic rosemary potatoes, and on the other, a creamy Parmesan risotto with fresh chanterelle mushrooms. A fantastic combination with absolutely first-class taste. The bread: Even the baguette served beforehand deserves special mention – truly fresh and delicious. The price-performance ratio is 100% fair for the outstanding quality offered here. Conclusion: A thoroughly enjoyable evening that we won't soon forget. We will definitely be back and give it our highest recommendation!

If you're looking for a good, quiet place to eat in the city center, away from the chaos and crowds, this bistro/restaurant is an excellent choice for its location (a lovely little square shaded by plane trees) and the quality of its food. It's also great for a quick stop to enjoy a good wine, beer, or cocktail accompanied by cheese puffs or other appetizers.

A very good restaurant located on a charming square in Bastia. The portions are generous and the food is excellent. I highly recommend the grilled octopus, which was cooked to perfection. The wine was also very good, as recommended by the waiter.

While visiting Bastia, we decided to eat at a restaurant in the city center, but away from Place Saint Nicolas. Nova was the best choice we could have made. In an intimate setting and a friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed a delicious octopus salad with marinated artichokes; there was no doubt about the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The service was impeccable, with a waiter who was always available and attentive, able to advise us on our choices and who knew the menu inside and out. He was also remarkably quick and friendly. Don't hesitate to go there; it's well worth the trip! I thank the entire Nova team for this pleasant experience, which I won't soon forget. I will definitely be back.
