Novotel Cafe sur Le Havre

Nice Hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and Room nice and clean. Really friendly lady (Britany?) at check in and check out. Good value for money.

A truly beautiful hotel, ideally located, with lovely and attentive staff. I would especially like to thank the young woman who greeted us; she was incredibly kind and professional. The rest of the team, whom we encountered throughout our stay, were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was magnificent, spotless, and impeccably clean. A huge thank you to the entire team for the quality of the welcome and service. We will gladly return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel located at the entrance to Le Havre. The staff is very pleasant. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel setting is very nice. The breakfast is truly varied.

This hotel is exemplary in its lobby design; the room is perfect and quiet, and the staff is lovely. If you're lucky, you'll be greeted by Jordan (efficient, kind, smiling, and attentive).

The carpet in the room had stains, the menu was set for a week...and a product that doesn't match a Novotel.

Really fantastic. Rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and the bed is seriously comfortable. Tick. We paid for breakfast after waking up at 6am with jet lag and it was amazing! Simple, but fresh and lots of local produce - one of the best buffets in years…sorry for eating the whole of that small dark rye and grain loaf! If you’re arriving by train, this is very convenient (100m walk) and the funky docks area is a 5 min walk. Two supermarkets within 300m and the tram to the beach is similar. If you come to Le Havre for the first time, and the weather is ok, throw on your walking shoes and just explore through the old streets for a few hours… keep heading up the hill and you’ll be rewarded with views of a friendly, honest and very historic city. The staff at the Novotel are amazing too - a real credit to the hotel. We will be back! Photo is of a late Sunday night croque monseur (ham and cheese toastie). So good!

A decline in quality was observed during this stay despite the highly motivated and dedicated staff, particularly at reception and in the restaurant. The hotel exterior was dirty, the elevators poorly maintained, the restaurant closed, our room was left unlocked (twice), there was no longer an agreement with the neighboring parking lot, and we had to request the promised services… This is a beautiful establishment that, until now, had provided us with complete satisfaction (4-star Accor rating). Fortunately, the staff's motivation and professionalism made for an overall pleasant stay. Profitability = decline in quality?

The service provided during our seminar was perfect. We accommodated 68 people with excellent facilities, including the meeting room, breaks, and lunch. The sales team provided discreet and efficient support. Our preliminary discussions were highly professional and productive.
