We stayed three nights at this hotel and everything was perfect: the room, the breakfast, the welcome and the kindness of the staff. Special mention for Stéphane, who was fantastic with us.

We found the hotel very convenient due to its proximity to Futuroscope. The staff runs the hotel very well, with Stéphane receiving an excellent rating. The rooms are also clean. Thank you to Mimi for allowing us to go to bed early so we could fully enjoy Futuroscope on Saturday.

We found the hotel superb and very well located for visiting Futuroscope. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very pleasant, which made our stay even more comfortable. We received a very warm welcome from Mathys and Brice, who were attentive to our needs throughout our stay and gave us excellent advice. It's truly wonderful to have such friendly and professional staff. The pool is also very nice, although slightly warmer water would have been perfect. The major drawback—and indeed the only one—concerns the hotel restaurant, which is closed on weekends. This is a real shame, both for the guests and for the hotel itself. We saw many people asking to make a reservation at the restaurant or simply order cocktails, but this wasn't possible since the restaurant and bar were closed. One small positive point, however: the reception staff exceptionally agreed to open the bar to serve simple, unprepared drinks, which was much appreciated. I stay at Novotel hotels quite often, and I've never seen a restaurant closed for a three-day weekend, especially when the hotel is full. Despite this, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the staff again for their hospitality.
