Nothing to say, it's a very good hotel with good staff. Everything was perfect for our participants. Great welcome, great restaurant and very good service.

staff of hotel are so kindly specially Mrs.Alima who works in the restaurant .she is very kind . metro station and shopping centre is near. The room is for 2 adault not for 4 person. I ‘ll come back again

We organized an external event on site and everyone was delighted with the time. A privileged setting, close to our own site, giving a beautiful view of the lake which is at the foot of the establishment. The establishment's staff and the sales team were attentive to our needs beforehand and during the morning and allowed us to have a smooth time. The IT equipment (screen, projector, etc.), material (supplies, catering, etc.) and the site (parking, rooms, etc.) allowed us to meet our needs. In the end, all the elements came together to make our morning a success. Thank you to the entire Novotel team.

Hello!, I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. It is an old hotel, the floors are carpeted. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. A wonderful breakfast, reminiscent of a Turkish breakfast. No, no, I mean, what else could I want? (walnuts, hazelnuts, figs, dates, honey, marmalades, cakes, breads, fruit, pineapple, orange, 2 types of cheese, small tomatoes, jamón and chicken salami, eggs, small radishes, yoghurt types, drinks, detox teas are very nice, shakes The tea is wrapped in tulle... It has a pool outside, the view is beautiful. The staff is friendly. You can reach the Metro by walking for 15-20 minutes. You can go directly to the center via M8-M6.

A magical and very comfortable place. The welcome is very pleasant and the rooms are large, very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. In addition, a lovely view of Lake Créteil gives the feeling of being on vacation.

I came on vacation for a week to Creteil from St. Petersburg. I like it in Novotel, it’s comfortable here, the room has a large bed, cleaning is done daily. Very tasty breakfasts!🥐 I’m also learning French and an employee of the Jean Luc hotel helped me with my studies and gave me magazines❤️ The staff is very polite. The location is great, overall I'm happy.
