Novotel Cafe sur Nantes

We booked for Valentine's Day and were delighted to discover a beautifully decorated room and a complimentary glass of champagne. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded and thank the staff for this thoughtful touch. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the hotel as a whole, was impeccable. We have absolutely no complaints; well done and thank you to the cleaning team. We dined at the restaurant with a special menu for that evening. Thank you to the chef for the delicious dishes. If I had one comment, it would be about the portion sizes—perhaps not quite enough, but that's just my opinion. The service was pleasant; thank you to the lady and the bartender for their warm welcome and kindness. Thank you also to the reception team, who were professional, friendly, and helpful.

Very well located, right next to the convention center and the city center is easily accessible on foot. Clean and comfortable room.
