A little refresh of the rooms would be perfect

A great pleasant hotel experience with free access to the swimming pool which I found very clean and well heated and sauna. Spacious and comfortable room. Smiling, available and warm staff. The smell smells good throughout the establishment, it's very pleasant. Very clean rooms and common areas. Very nice establishment which suits me because rooms with balcony. Practical for smokers. I'll be back.

The +: Location close to major roads, the rooms are spacious with storage, the balcony is a real plus for enjoying the rays of the sun. Kettle in the room, as well as tissues, the room was very clean on arrival. The bedding is comfortable but the duvet cover slides down, we find ourselves after 2 days with only 10cm of sheets at the top but nothing disturbing. Sympathy from the young man at the reception. The hall is really nice, the swimming pool is a real plus (couldn't try the sauna). Secure parking. The -: Check in done by a nonchalant young girl (a smile never hurts especially when you are in contact with customers....), even if the bathroom is spacious, the shower system needs to be reviewed... We put water absolutely everywhere, not practical at all. The shower head also needs to be changed (the water came out halfway, super high pressure, not practical if you don't want to wash your hair). Lack of a spoon in the room for coffee. Really scary elevator on the last day (slamming noise and doors having an epileptic seizure). A bell at reception would be welcome when the staff is not behind the reception! Didn't eat breakfast (36th for two it hurts) and didn't try the restaurant. 12th for the dog supplement without anything planned for him, it's a bit expensive (a small bag of treats or a bowl of water would be nice) In general, a nice hotel with a lot of positive points but still a few things to review to be 4*.

PERFECT AT THE TOP VERY GOOD WELCOME

Le personnel est accueillant, par contre la chambre c’est pas du tout le cas. On m’a donné la mauvaise chambre a l’oral, je suis arrivé dans une chambre la lumière ne fonctionnait pas et le crepi de la chambre était décollé. Lorsque je descends à l’accueil pour le signaler la personne me dit le faire remonter a son technicien, rien de plus. Dans la soirée j’ai rencontré un problème du a cet erreur de chambre et la personne qui travaillait la nuit par contre a su faire preuve d’un professionnalisme au top, merci ! Sinon il ya un super espace salon dans l’hôtel et une coin piscine avec Sauna… un peu déçu mais c’est pas grave..

Rien à dire, que ce soit sur l'accueil, la chambre, le service et le cadre tout était parfait, on reviendra c'est sûr...

De retour assez régulier sur cet Hôtel , je suis déjà reconnu des collaborateurs et c'est très plaisant. personnel très attentif et serviable !! Je recommande forcément

je recommande cet hôtel pour la qualité des prestations, accueil, restauration, propreté des chambres. j y ai séjourné plusieurs fois, je n ai jamais été déçue attention à l accessibilité si vous n avez pas de voiture

J’y ai séjourné en suite avec terrasse. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Malheureusement un souci de chauffage, le thermostat ne fonctionnant pas. Le personnel très aimable de la réception a mis à ma disposition un chauffage d’appoint qui a réglé ce souci. Le ménage n’a pas été fait malgré l’apposition de l’écriteau à la poignée de porte. L’étage sur lequel j’étais logé est en construction actuellement. En tout cas la réception a mis à ma disposition des serviettes, donc c’est pas très grave. Personnel très prévenant. Le repas du restaurant était mitigé, pâtes trop cuites, c’est dommage. Au moins j’ai eu le déssert offert. En tout cas au moindre souci le personnel est à l’écoute et réceptif.
