What has happened in a year at this Novotel? The staff has changed, that's for sure. The vast majority no longer know how to be polite with a simple hello and a pleasant smile... they prefer to be on the reception computer and/or scrolling on their phones! You have to come by car, and be aware there's no shuttle or public transport nearby. Only the thirty-something receptionist in a suit in the afternoon, the night porter, and one of the bartenders/breakfast team members know how to greet guests, be courteous, and efficient! Accor Hotels rewards loyalty with an upgrade, but they don't seem to know how to count the correct number of nights... We waited for cutlery, plates, and bowls for breakfast from 9:20 am for more than 10 minutes. And let's not forget the chipped plates—not at all what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel... The coffee is good, but you'd expect more variety in the selection for a 4-star Novotel. The room is spacious and clean, but could use some lighting and updated decor... as well as tissues. The bedding is not very firm, and the balcony needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. On the plus side, there's a separate toilet and clean floors without carpeting. Beware of a decline in service! Review from April 2025: Very good, renovated Novotel in a quiet location. Spacious room, perfect bedding, and attentive staff.

A comfortable and quiet hotel despite its proximity to major roads. My room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything you would expect from a hotel of this category. Breakfast is served over a wide range of hours, so you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn! 😁 There was something for everyone, and it was quite good. All this at a good price.

A decent stay for a seminar, but the finishing touches need improvement. I stayed at this Novotel for a seminar. The hotel is ideally located next to a golf course, offering a very pleasant view of the courses. This is a major plus. However, access is quite difficult without a car (requiring bus service), and there's nothing in the immediate vicinity. Regarding the hotel itself, it's showing its age. Despite renovation efforts, the result is mixed. In the room, the separate toilet is a real plus. The walk-in shower is visually appealing but impractical: the ceiling is very low and the shower screen is too short, which quickly floods the bathroom. Also worth noting is the lack of a complimentary toiletries kit (toothbrush, etc.). On the technology front, the wall-mounted TV connections are well-designed, but the casting system (QR code) redirects to a non-existent website. The reception staff were unable to assist me with this technical issue. Food: The beef bourguignon was good, although the plate looked a bit empty despite a decent amount of meat. The crumble was clearly reheated in the oven (the plate was scalding hot). Breakfast was standard and plentiful. In summary: A decent hotel, but expensive for what it offers (around €200 for an overnight stay). In my opinion, a Résidhome aparthotel offers a higher standard for the same price.

Very good family stay, beautiful very spacious family suite, very nice amenities (pool, bar, terrace), quiet hotel, excellent breakfast.

I have reservation with queen bed but i saw small bed. There was no free one bottle water, no slipper, no full minibar etc in the room. Despite of these problems they took 60euro deposite for one night 😅 and also cold room, bad experience 🫩

I hesitated a little at first because I saw that the reviews and Lana weren't WA (West Africa), but in the end, I was really pleasantly surprised. The setting is lovely, surrounded by nature and the golf course. The welcome at reception by Baptiste was fantastic, and at the Liesse restaurant, they took great care of us. He's lovely, especially at breakfast. Bénédicte looked after us with a beautiful smile and great enthusiasm. I recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be back!

We received an excellent welcome from Viviane this Saturday. Sandrine, who was in the service, pampered us; her kindness and smile were appreciated by the whole team.

Stayed 2 nights as a family of 4, was upgraded to a suite, the pool was fixed and we enjoyed it, breakfast was nice.
