Novotel Café Sophia Antipolis sur Valbonne

We stayed at this hotel for six nights, choosing it for its central location in relation to the area we wanted to visit (the Côte d’Azur and Provence). The hotel is situated in a very peaceful, hilly area, with no traffic or noise, yet just five minutes from the shopping centre and the motorway junction, and ten minutes from the centre of Antibes. The rooms are very clean and have all the comforts you’d expect from a 4-star hotel (minibar, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi). The breakfast is truly exceptional, with fresh, high-quality produce (I particularly enjoyed the freshly made fruit salads, the baguettes and cheeses, as well as the salmon, which was available every day). The swimming pool is a real bonus because it allowed us to relax every day after returning from our daily outings. I’ll finish by praising the staff, who were truly the icing on the cake: everyone was extremely kind and ready to cater to every request, from the reception staff and the breakfast/bar staff right through to the cleaning ladies.
