Exceptional view, but the quality of service was not up to the standard; the waiters had stained shirts, and the waitress at the bar had to fix her hair. It's a real shame because the decor is superb.

This is undoubtedly the thalassotherapy hotel with the most extraordinary location and view! Renovations carried out three years ago transformed it into a haven of technology, comfort, and relaxation where everything is designed to make you feel good... even the sports coaching sessions with Hugo or Célia! Chef Mathieu Esnault's cuisine at O'Sens is fresh and delicious, while Chef Marie Viel's at Arsaour is surprisingly creative. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and the entire thalassotherapy staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring you enjoy your treatments. I highly recommend experiencing Eméria!

As external guests, despite being registered by your receptionists upon arrival, we were not on your staff list. We were checked at every treatment, as if we were imposters. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, especially considering the cost of the services. We spoke to the receptionist upon departure, but she was not very receptive and offered no apology.

The location and setting are simply sublime. The rooms are very nice but a bit cold in terms of decor. For the pools, I highly recommend the outdoor one with its splendid view. However, it's a saltwater pool, so it stings the eyes at first. The salt water also makes it quite smelly near the indoor pool. You absolutely must have a drink on the bar's terrace with its magnificent view of St. Malo.

Two-night half-board stay with spa and thalassotherapy treatments. We were absolutely delighted: the setting is magnificent, the facilities are truly lovely, modern, and very clean. The treatments were of very high quality. We will gladly return.

What can I say... Sumptuous!!! Rejuvenating, relaxing, extraordinary location. The welcome, we were greeted by Océane, which set the tone perfectly; we already felt relaxed and at ease. In the boutique, Océane gave us excellent advice, her smile radiant. The treatments: enveloping, enchanting, in short, we left feeling Zen. Thank you so much, we'll be back very soon.

19/04/2026: A lovely little discovery. We stopped by for a drink at lunchtime. The owner was so welcoming and chatty that we ended up booking dinner for that same evening. The food was a delight, the presentation was truly impeccable, the ingredients were fresh, and everyone was very attentive. Even the chef came over to present the ribeye steak. Absolutely fantastic. We'll gladly return.

26/04/2026: I was only at the restaurant. The setting was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lovely priory bay and decor that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. Such a setting invites tranquility, which the somewhat rushed and, for some, insensitive service prevented from being fully appreciated. I should clarify, however, that this observation doesn't apply to all the staff. But indeed, no one needs to empty the bottle of champagne before the starter, and it's a shame to have to repeat this without noticing a certain irritation with the service. The simplest solution would be to let customers serve themselves, if they request it or demonstrate it. The cheese service was also a bit rushed. This is somewhat of a shame considering the quality of the dishes, which seemed to be a tribute to the beauty of the landscape, with a special mention for the leek, in my opinion. I would also suggest a menu more suited to the developing palates of our children. In any case, despite some early-season adjustments, the evening was good.
