Wow! The restaurant was booked by a family member we were visiting in Avignon. We arrived early and were seated on our table in the garden and enjoyed a lovely glass of wine before the other two in the party arrived. Staff are incredible attentive, happy to speak Franglais, French or English and friendly and knowledgable. I loved the small but tasty menu on the blackboard. The food was amazing.

Excellent tasty food with deep flavoured sauces and great service. The swordfish tartarr came topped with an intense crustacian-flavoured mousse topping. We didn't have a reservation but they fitted us in.

Fantastic restaurant in Avignon, recommended by our host and we weren't disappointed. Excellent food, a sommelier who recommended truly great wines, impeccable service, the only slight drawback was the decor, but that's a matter of personal taste. We didn't get to enjoy the garden, but it must be wonderful in good weather!

What class!
I love going into this former private mansion: the welcome, the decor of the garden and the house, the food...
For me, this is the charm and the whole point of these few places in Avignon that made me choose this city: it's classy and you feel good there.

Beautiful location. Pleasant outside courtyard. Historic neighborhood with paddle wheels. Very friendly staff. Outstanding food. They bring the menu around on a board, which is traditional. Would recommend.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, it's a real pleasure. There wasn't much of a wait, the service was efficient, and the terrace is absolutely gorgeous and very pleasant. The food was delicious, we had a wonderful time, I highly recommend it!
