Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. If you haven't made a reservation, you need to arrive very early to get lunch. I highly recommend it.

A superb discovery at the O Besoin d'Air restaurant in Conflans. The food is excellent and the setting is magnificent! Being able to enjoy the terrace with your dog is a real bonus. A very pleasant place that I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved it 🤗, even the children's menu was a hit. My son told me: "Mom, you're giving it 5/5 because it was so, so good!" 😉 The children's menu (starter, main course, and dessert) was €13, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. 👌 The adult menu was also divine! 😋

During our visit to the medieval town, we had lunch at Le Besoin d'Air. The cuisine is creative, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the ingredients are excellent. The welcome and service are very professional. Thank you for providing such a delicious meal at very reasonable prices. Even on a budget, you can enjoy sophisticated dishes worthy of a fine dining establishment. I highly recommend it.

02/06/2026: It's delicious and fresh! And very reasonably priced. I recommend the Black Tapenade, Vegetable, and Goat Cheese Sandwich And the Ham, Pesto, Mozzarella, and Eggplant Caviar Sandwich

28/04/2026: Right in the heart of Albertville and perfectly isolated from the noise. The reasonably priced garage is next to the hotel. The lounge and bar are very comfortable and inviting. At least this isn't a standardized hotel. The welcome is charming. The rooms are charmingly rustic and perfectly maintained. The bathroom is top-notch, with everything you could need. We weren't able to have dinner (it was closed weekly). The breakfast was perfect. Special mention for the original fruit juices. We know where we'll be staying on our next visit.
18/04/2026: Lunch on a Saturday after returning from vacation. The staff is truly very welcoming. The food is definitely worth the trip. A timeless place not to be missed under any circumstances.
