Everything is perfect: the setting of the medieval town of Conflans, the service (smiling and efficient), and above all, the quality and originality of the dishes… and especially the desserts! This is my fourth visit, and I still haven't found a single thing to criticize.

A 20/20 for the sheer pleasure of enjoying absolutely delicious food served by a particularly friendly team in an idyllic setting. This is true gastronomy. I very rarely write a review on G*****, only when I'm particularly enthusiastic. And I was today. There were four of us, and we were absolutely delighted ✨ We would have liked a vegetarian—or even vegan—dish on the menu. Perhaps next time—we may have come from far away, but we'll be back! 💖 I believe the starter was vegan (zucchini velouté with sun-dried tomatoes and baby greens) and absolutely delicious, but it wasn't marked as such; so we weren't 100% sure. Then we compromised and opted for the sea bass, which seemed a bit more ethical than the swordfish. The vegetables were delicious; our mouths are still watering (spelt risotto with preserved lemon, fennel, and orange blossom brown butter emulsion). Thank you! 🤩 PS: Unbeatable value for money.

The Reblochon crème brûlée was truly exceptional, and the duck was delicious. The desserts were also excellent. The portions were very generous, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
