What can I say except that for a restaurant specializing in cordon bleu, well it's just acceptable (dry and more cheese inside) no dish for vegetarians. Very good service though

Après quelques fois où nous avions été bien servi, ce coup ci déçue! Manque de tout, un apéro qu il n'y a plus alors que commander ...
Commande passée, puis plus que 2 sauces crèmes possible sur 4 puis plus du tout.... Se retrouver avec une sauce poivre qui arrache! Et comme nous sommes arrivés tard vu au moment de la réservation, aucune serveuse ne daigne nous proposer un dessert . Arrive le moment de payer surprise le terminal CB ne fonctionne pas .... Et je demande un petit geste au niveau financier, comme nous n avons pas eu ce que nous avons commandé. Aucun geste commerciale.
Cette fois ci je ne recommande pas !

Maybe you'd think the price for a Cordon Bleu is a bit high. Trust me it is worth every penny!
In Germany we have Schnitzel and Cordon blue everywhere. Still this restaurant managed to serve me the best one I've ever eaten!
The service was fast, very friendly and courteous.
If I ever come back to Colmar, I'll definitely visit this place again. Absolutely perfect!

Simply excellent: a small, friendly room, the restaurant's specialty cordon bleu is prepared with tasty fresh produce accompanied by homemade ratatouille, spätzle and fries.
An adorable Constance takes care of you during the meal. What could be the best for a great getaway to Colmar?
The Givry is a marvel and the chef present in the room shares his passion generously. Thank you for this delicious moment.

On vacation in Strasbourg we were attracted by this little restaurant. Everything was perfect. The waitress was adorable, very accommodating regarding the dishes for my son. The cordon bleus are simply magnificent. Real slices of veal. A cuisine that really pleases

We came for lunch at 5. Very good meal, nothing to say, we ate very well. UNFORTUNATELY, it's time for dessert. We ask for the dessert menu and order 3 Liège coffees. The waitress arrives with three hot coffees topped with whipped cream. We explained to him that it was a dessert we wanted. She tells us that we didn't specify a Liège café and tells us that she's letting us have the coffees but at the price of a single. I think the mistake didn't come from us and she didn't want to correct it. Despite this, we ate very well there and perhaps we will return there all the same because the cordon bleus are excellent.

Le plat n’est plus servi avec des légumes nous avons choisi des cordons bleus au munster, dommage ils étaient trop cuits.
Le cuisinier passe de la cuisine à la salle, il y a un petit souci d’hygiène même s’il porte des gants.
Personnellement j’ai été déçue l’addition était de 80€ pour 2 cordons bleus , 1/4 de vin , 1 eau et 1 dessert.
Nous avons du attendre pour le service mais pas de geste commercial : offrir une salade ou un café.
