O Minote sur Saint-Aubin-De-Blaye

A nice, quiet little restaurant. Even though it doesn't look like much, nothing is superfluous. We opted for the set menu of starter, main course, and dessert. The starter was generous (even too much), the main course was piping hot and freshly prepared (without much of a wait), and the dessert was delicious. It's much better than the restaurants on the motorway. Located 3 minutes from the motorway exit and with parking, I highly recommend it.

The owner is very friendly, the setting is pleasant, the service is fast, and the homemade products are good.
