Excellent restaurant!
The food is truly delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. The dishes are meticulously prepared, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the cooking is flawless.
The service is also excellent: a warm welcome, attentive and professional staff. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the cooking.
A wonderful experience; I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant.
We were immersed in a very understated, welcoming, and elegant setting. Elegance and expertise were evident throughout the meal.
We chose the set menu, and with each course, our eyes and taste buds were delighted.
Finally! A master chef who thinks outside the box and offers cuisine beyond the Périgord style.

A wonderful encounter with Mr. Nicolas Aujoux and Mrs. Cécile Guérin, whom we thank most sincerely for their warm welcome in such a beautiful setting. This mill is a delightful discovery, with its lovely setting, quality cuisine, and good wine list. The only downside is the prices, which are on par with or even higher than those of many Michelin-starred restaurants. There's only one set menu at €42, but it's not very appealing compared to the others.
