Excellent restaurant.
We were immersed in a very understated, welcoming, and elegant setting. Elegance and expertise were evident throughout the meal.
We chose the set menu, and with each course, our eyes and taste buds were delighted.
Finally! A master chef who thinks outside the box and offers cuisine beyond the Périgord style.

A wonderful encounter with Mr. Nicolas Aujoux and Mrs. Cécile Guérin, whom we thank most sincerely for their warm welcome in such a beautiful setting. The service was outstanding, and the gourmet meal was of exceptional quality, making our special anniversary evening even more memorable. Many thanks again. Until next time!

This mill is a delightful discovery, with its lovely setting, quality cuisine, and good wine list. The only downside is the prices, which are on par with or even higher than those of many Michelin-starred restaurants. There's only one set menu at €42, but it's not very appealing compared to the others.

My daughter and her husband introduced us to this little gem. The menu was excellent and the various courses were very well explained upon arrival. Highly recommended.
