The four of us dined at Ô Moulin in Carsac-Aillac and enjoyed the Ô Plaisir menu. It was an evening that delighted us in every way. Even the lovingly prepared amuse-bouches whetted our appetites for more. Each subsequent course impressed with its perfect harmony, creative combinations, and the outstanding quality of the fresh, local produce. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by how subtly the flavors were balanced and how each plate told its own story. The menu offered a successful blend of refinement and the authenticity of Périgord cuisine. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. We felt welcome and exceptionally well cared for from the first moment to the last. The stylish ambiance of the old mill with its beautiful terrace creates a relaxed and elegant atmosphere that perfectly complemented the evening. For us, this was a culinary highlight of our stay in the Dordogne. The Ô Moulin is highly recommended – we would love to come back again!
