23/08/2026: Good bakery. I bought several tarts and pastries, which were really good. The flan wasn't to my taste; I didn't enjoy it. The apple tart was good, but too sweet. The same goes for the pecan tart; it was much, much too sweet. The flaky brioche with red berries was excellent, but they rarely offer it. I couldn't buy any bread because it was impossible to find out its ingredients (flours, sourdough starter, etc.). The bakery is really small, which quickly creates a feeling of being crowded, making communication difficult (one person serves very quickly, and another person takes the payment even faster; you don't have time to react). A word of caution: the cashier sprayed window cleaner all over the place near the food; the product is volatile, which is a problem!
