03/03/2026: The food was good, the soy milk excellent. We would have liked a bit more raw red meat and less cooked meat in the pho. Otherwise, a good discovery for a first time. However, the cashier charged us individually even though we had a set lunch menu (starter/main course). And I had added a dessert that wasn't on the menu. You have to be careful with your bill. For us, it's a lost cause; we only realized it at home.

11/12/2025: The raw salmon is of very high quality: meltingly tender, glistening, with an incredibly fresh taste that you only find in the best places. Special mention goes to the Japanese short-grain rice, a detail that many restaurants overlook, but which completely transforms the experience. The skewers are delicious, the salad fresh and well-balanced… You can tell they have a real mastery of the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine. A place I highly recommend to anyone looking for authenticity and flavor!
