O Pichoun sur Sault

Small restaurant on the square. Typical of Provence. A daily menu at a local price (not a tourist trap) that's worth the trip. Note: the terrace with a view isn't the one you see (it belongs to the neighboring restaurant), so don't get confused...

The place is very nice, the food is very good and plentiful. The managers are very pleasant. I recommend it.

During a motorcycle ride through the Nesque Gorge, we made a quick stop in Sault. We had a wonderful discovery at the restaurant Le O Pitchoun. We were served promptly and our plates were beautifully presented. The salads were bursting with flavor. The option to choose your portion size was very convenient, especially if you're not a big eater. The menu was lovely and full of delicious options. The ice cream was excellent, and the exotic fruit pavlova served with lavender ice cream was simply divine. The service was superb. The waitress was very pleasant and smiling. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return. A nice touch: they accept holiday vouchers, and with a drink each, our bill came to €58 – excellent value for money!
