A lovely little restaurant, perfect for a stopover on your way to or from Mont Ventoux! The view is magnificent 🤩 Don't hesitate to book a table in the garden behind the restaurant, overlooking the lavender fields and Mont Ventoux.

Wow, what a great find! There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party, and everyone's dishes were delicious—yes, I tasted them all! 😂 A place we'll definitely remember! 🙏🏻

If you’re visiting mid-afternoon, this is just for ice cream, a beverage, and maybe a nibble (nothing else available). The terrace overlong the valley isn’t open before dinner, so keep that in mind. The server was friendly enough but I’d maybe leave Sault and go to one of the nearby lavender farms to check out what they have.

Lovely establishment, beautiful view from the terrace. Pleasant and efficient staff. One main course and one dessert. The pork chop was very good but a bit pricey for a small portion. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The dessert was perfect. It's definitely a restaurant worth discovering.

We received a very warm welcome, the service was impeccable. I had the dish of the day (pork pluma), a friend had the beef cheek, and everything was delicious!

We had lunch on the back terrace with a splendid view of Mont Ventoux. The dishes were excellent and generously served. The service was impeccable and, what's more, with a smile.
