O Saveurs sur Saint-Brieuc

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? The welcome was friendly, the service very professional, they take the time to explain what's on your plate, always with a smile. The meal: the appetizers were very good and varied, plus a curry emulsion with a mushroom sauce. The starter was out of the ordinary: marbled black pork with duck foie gras, pear and beetroot ketchup sauce—simply excellent. The main course, braised beef chuck roast, butternut squash and new potatoes, all flavored with black curry, was fantastic. A very good plate of local cheeses followed. Dessert: Wow! An explosion of flavors with candied pineapple infused with vanilla and Earl Grey tea, and mango sorbet. In short: we regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner, as we would have gone several times, if only to try all the dishes, but we'll definitely be back twice! P.S.: They accept Wonderbox vouchers, which is a bonus.

Very good restaurant. However, when ordering wine by the glass, one expects at least that the glass will be served at the table and not brought to the kitchen on a tray...
