I just celebrated my birthday with my family, and the food was truly excellent, even for 13 people. Great atmosphere, and thank you to Édouard and Didier for their friendliness and efficiency. I highly recommend O Bistro for the quality of its cuisine and the generosity of its owner. Thank you again.

I had a wonderful time at O’Bistro! The food is really good and the portions are generous; you leave feeling full and satisfied. Le Relais des Remparts

29/12/2025: It was with renewed pleasure that we celebrated Christmas dinner at the Restaurant des Remparts in Nogent-le-Roi: a pleasant, spacious, and bright setting, with tasteful and understated decor; a warm and welcoming reception; and excellent, attentive service with great availability to the customer. A special Christmas menu was, of course, offered: a glass of champagne accompanied by delicious petits fours as an amuse-bouche; for the starter, we opted for the scallops and prawns rather than the foie gras – a real treat! For the main course, we chose the veal medallions with morels and monkfish, and we were not disappointed, as the morels were plentiful and the sauce delicious. The side dishes were varied: green beans, potato gratin, and braised endives. After the cheese course and salad, we finished with a delightful array of desserts, featuring a welcome and much-appreciated innovation this year: ice cream in addition to the traditional petits fours, providing a lighter touch to a rich and hearty meal. A huge thank you to the chef and his team for this feast, and… see you next year… or even sooner!
