Pleasant setting and a good welcome, a good wine list and good cuisine. Everything to be happy at the table. The rum baba served with the bottle of rum is always exceptional and washed down by me. At least we're sure it's soaked. I had a melted cheese tartare, it was a good find. The white wine in a large Ardèche glass is sublime. This remains a very good table. After a new visit, dishes changed. There is an excellent fillet of steamed sea bream with the taste of fennel, a very fresh avocado, citrus and prawn salad and as a starter a leek with egg crumbs and small pieces of tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, small pieces of apple , a tasty hot cold. Following a new visit, I tasted a "grand Ardèche" chardonnay white wine in a sublime glass and the improved prawn avocado citrus salad, very copious in ingredients without the lettuce leaves taking up 80% of the plate. The rum baba served with the bottle to drizzle it as desired remains the restaurant's specialty.
