Excellent value for money, homemade food, the former owners are back and it's truly wonderful. The cuisine is delicious and generous, and the service is attentive. These are real professionals who run this restaurant as a family. I highly recommend it.

A very good, affordable restaurant that's well worth a visit. Since Chef Zago took over the kitchen, we've rediscovered home-style cooking that's healthy and refined. Worth the detour.

02/04/2026: We passed through Tarbes on April 1st, 2026, and I swear it's not an April Fool's joke! We had the €16.50 set menu, the worker's menu, which was very, very good and generous. Well done, don't change a thing! An all-you-can-eat buffet (let's not exaggerate) is perfectly normal, and hats off to the chefs and the whole team! Thank you all so much!
