Hot, a very beautiful taste experience with ultra-controlled variations around acidity and bitterness. Big favorite with the citrus/saffron dessert: remarkable fragrance and freshness. Peanut coffee turnip and scallops are also very popular. Warm service and knowledgeable sommelier on the history of the bottles. Would deserve a room equal to the kitchen

3rd visit to this very beautiful establishment. Perfect, original cuisine; flawless. Pleasure of chatting with the Chef in the dining room. Only downside this time, addition presented to a single guest while we were two separated couples.

A wonderful experience, the chef is simply a magician, that day I realized what the expression "explosion of flavors" was. What a joy to rediscover forgotten tastes, all with an incredibly beautiful presentation (dressage for professionals). Perfect fish cooking, what mastery! I think this is the best restaurant I've been to. A word for the very friendly waiters and sommelier, explaining each dish and each wine to us. Let's talk about the decor of the restaurant, where you feel good, very chic but not stuffy, flawless! At the end of the meal the Chef came to greet us, in short a top meal (Chef). Really a restaurant to discover if you don't know it, and to return afterwards.

Only downside: room a little noisy. The cuisine is excellent, surprising, a boundless imagination for an exceptional result for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Careful but relaxed service. Passionate and exciting sommelier. Very good atmosphere. To do again.

Amazing, quality and friendly family lunch. A real surprise! An excellent menu at a very reasonable price allowing us, moreover, to discover delicious appetizers. A remarkable address, rather rare in the Paris region. We will return there very soon.
