Despite the crowds for Valentine's Day and perhaps a slight lack of organization, the staff were as pleasant as ever, and I wanted to commend you for your kindness and professionalism. We are always very satisfied with your cuisine. Furthermore, we placed a large order, and as always, nothing was missing. Finally, we even took the liberty of replacing the soups with salads, and this was accepted despite the rush. Thank you!
